Dressage	Bains EP	2010 World FEI Dressage Challenge Please note that the restriction placed on Sections 1 and 3 on the schedule of the FEI World Dressage Challenge to be held in Bloemfontein from the 28th September to the 2nd October 2010 have been lifted. This means that 60% is no longer required in at least TWO graded tests since JANUARY 2010 for Novice and Elementary horses. There are no registered SA riders who are restricted by rule 2.9 which excludes horse/rider combinations who have ridden at certain FEI events, so this restriction does not apply either.		28 Sep-2 Oct	03/09/10
