GENERAL MANAGER / SHOW MANAGER:

Shelly Beckbessinger: Shelly is responsible for the overall running of GHS and Kyalami Equestrian Park. Her duties include managing shows run by GHS at KEP as well as raising sponsorship for all events.

Nora-Jean (N-J) Freeman: Also responsible for all Marketing related to GHS. Media liason as well as member and regional liason. Day to day running of the GHS office and staff.

Anne Andrews: Anne's duties include, overseeing the mailing which is sent to all members. Dealing with the various committees. Sending out bulk electronic mail and smses to members. Anne is also the personal assistant to the General Manager.

Louis Horwitz: Louis is responsible for the accounting function at GHS.

Agnes Phiri : Agnes receipts all moneys received regarding membership, deals with registration of membership and horses and deals with any related queries.

Erika Field : Erika is responsible for checking of show entries and handling of show queries. As well as capturing show results, and answering queries pertaining thereto.

SHOWING, EQUITATION AND DRIVING SECRETARY:

Nicole de Villiers: Nicole is responsible for preparing shows for the above disciplines, including, obtaining officials, preparing the show programmes, answering enquiries pertaining to the shows and attending to queries and matters relating to the above disciplines.

Marika Kruger:Marika is responsible for preparing the shows for the above disciplines shows and answering queries pertaining to these disciplines. She publishes all information to the GHS website and writes the GHS Newsletter. She edits all the Discipline and Regional Newsletters. She also checks all show schedules.

Kate Launder: Kate is responsible for preparing the Dressage shows presented by GHS and answering any queries pertaining to dressage.

Alicia Du Preez: Alicia is responsible for preparing the shows for Showjumping shows and answering queries pertaining to this discipline.

Lucy Westphal: Lucy attends to the members who call at reception, answers the switchboard and takes care of many of the enquiries, as well as keeping the Trophy records and recalling of Trophies when necessary.

Jaap Du Rand: Jaap is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and equipment at Kyalami Equestrian Park, and sees to the smooth running of shows held at Kyalami Equestrian Park. The grounds staff, the chief groundsman being Reuben Mathoa, report to Jaap. Please feel free to contact Jaap at 083 267 9038 with any suggestions regarding KEP.

Frans Barnard: Assistant to Head Groundsman Jaap Du Rand. Frans is responsible for the maintanance of the KEP grounds and the building of new jump equipment. He is our overall general handyman.

TEA/CLEANING LADY:

Selinah Mashupa: Besides being the tea lady, Selinah sees that the office is kept clean. Selinah also helps at shows.
